The Experience

The historic Chambers Hall inside the Chilliwack Museum offers a quiet environment that naturally supports focus and presence. The spaciousness and calm atmosphere provides a welcoming setting for you to relax and connect more deeply to yourself.

These classes run as a monthly pre-registered series in order to promote yoga education that is progressive and builds sustainably over time.

Why choose pre-registered yoga classes?

Consistency & Accountability
These classes are designed to be approached like a month-long course. Pre-registration supports commitment and meaningful progress over time.

Stronger Sense of Community
Practicing with the same group each week allows genuine connection to form. Over time, you’ll begin to recognize familiar faces and feel part of a vibrant, intergenerational community of adults ranging in age from their 20s to their 80s.

Sustainable Practice Model
Learn to practice yoga safely and intelligently in a way that meets you where you are. Classes are held in a supportive learning environment and led by an experienced teacher who is deeply committed to ongoing education - and even trains teachers herself!

Meet Your Teacher!

Meet Your Teacher! *

I’m Alex! I’m proud to offer monthly pre-registered yoga classes for folks looking to deepen their understanding of yoga in an engaged and enthusiastic community setting. These classes are for you if you’re interested in developing a sustainable yoga practice that can be adapted to your unique and changing needs in every stage of life. Its very important to me that you feel seen, included, and genuinely supported in class.

Yoga is a way of life. I’ve been practicing yoga and meditation since childhood, and have been actively teaching yoga in diverse settings for the past 14 years. In addition to sharing weekly classes for my community, I also run specialty workshops, continuing education programs for yoga teachers, and 200-hour yoga teacher trainings.

It’s an honour to be of service to you! I’m here if you would like to connect further.

“I have been taking classes with Alex since 2020 - in fact, I’ve followed her across three different locations. She is a true 'teacher’s teacher.' She leads teacher trainings and her regular classes are often filled with other instructors, which speaks volumes about her quality. Alex has a unique gift for invoking the true essence of yoga, all while keeping the mood light, fun, and never overly serious. Her instructions are clear, her cues are on point, and I love her music choices - the rhythm of the class always feels alive. Her sequencing is the perfect mix of adventurous creativity and that 'staple feel-good' flow, delivered with a soothing voice. Beyond the practice itself, the vibe is just really good. She has built such a wonderful community that it truly feels like practicing together with friends. I feel lucky to have her guide my practice and would recommend her classes to anyone, regardless of age or experience level.”
